China admits Tibet monk protests

China admits Tibet monk protests
Chinese officials have acknowledged that Buddhist monks were protesting in the Tibetan city of Lhasa this week. Foreign ministry spokesman Qin Gang said the authorities had "stabilised" the situation. Unconfirmed reports earlier this week said as many as 600 monks had taken part in rallies, and that police used tear gas to disperse them.

The Chinese censored the CNN news report as it was broadcast when they cut to this story and showed shots of the protest, it’s 5 months to go and the Chinese seem to have underestimated by some margin that the world is watching them and what they are doing and not the sport.

Amusing thing about Bombers rants is he’s all talk and no substance. When was the last time he actually achieved anything to change the situation of those people he Blogs about.

seeing as you advocatus call for the immediate execution of everyone you are against, I think taking anything you have to say seriously isn't good for ones health.
